Egg is the brain child of food lover, Missi Postles, whose long-time aspiration of opening a fun and unique restaurant came true. “I saw the need for a breakfast and brunch spot in Rehoboth Beach years ago. I worked hard to come up with a concept that would fit perfectly with this fun beach community and foodie town.”
It’s All in the Family
Originally from New Castle (DE), Missi spent many years working in the restaurant industry. She developed a passion for cooking early on in life and honed her skills alongside her sister, Mimi, a culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales and former restaurateur. Missi worked as a sales rep in the competitive beverage service industry for many years where she began to travel, visiting with some of the finest vintners and chefs from award winning wineries and 5 star restaurants.

Along with providing exceptional dishes with the freshest ingredients for the adventurous, and not so adventurous, eater alike, we also strive to make your dining experience relaxing, memorable, and fun!
